Nightly 62.0a1 (2018-05-24) (64-bit) on Linux. I can't drag tabs to reorder them. I can detach them but then I can't drag a tab in a new window back into the original window. This stopped working yesterday I think.
I updated Nightly again and it's now fixed. Sadly, we don't seem to be updating the version number when we rebuild on the same day, so it still shows up as 62.0a1 (2018-05-24) (64-bit).
