1464273 - The classified/unclassified view from the Filters drop-down menu does not work as it should

Noticed this when I tried to switch on the classified failures view from the drop-down menu of Filters option. Even tough the box is checked the classified fails won't show up. It also acts backwards when you switch it on and off. Attached a screenshot.

I don't recall any changes to this recently, but I must be forgetting something.  I can reproduce this though.  I'll take it and find a fix next week.

I've gone ahead and merged these after reviewing so they could be included in the prod push I'm about it do :-)
