Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0
Build ID: 20100101
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install the English (US) version of SeaMonkey.
2. Open SeaMonkey after install.
3. Crashed.
So I reinstalled my Windows 10 (1803), and this does not help.
P.S. ThunderBird also the same as SeaMonkey.
Actual results:
The Program hang.
Since I can't generate a crash report, here is my memory dump of it:

Hmm there is a bug in SeaMonkey 2.49.3 which should be fixed with the upcoming 2.49.4 but it only affects some websites. Others have reported no problems.
Did you try Thunderbird 52.8. It already contains the fix for the above bug. If this still crashes it is probably system specific. If you are not running Defender try temporary disabling your antivirus and see if it help. Also check you graphics drivers if you run the latest version.

I update my graphics drivers and everything works fine now. Why the drivers effect this?

SeaMonkey use hardware acceleration to speed up web page rendering. Mozilla is constantly enhancing Gecko here. Unfortunately older drivers often contain some bugs and even newer ones especially are buggy. Personally I am avoiding Intel graphics now on Windows. And don't get me started on Windows 10 :)
