Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0
Build ID: 20180517113603
Steps to reproduce:
I updated preferences, especially regarding privacy: cookies and tracking.
Actual results:
Preferences update is OK.
But I cannot share this config with other users (my wife, for example). This means that I have to re-execute the same configuration steps on her Firefox instance on her computer.
Expected results:
It should be possible to publish a set of preferences (may not all, but part of it, and only the ones that don't disclose who the user is) and the with another user account, reimport the same set.

This is a good idea but I believe it is better left to an extension to implement, for example an extension that is focused on privacy and can configure Firefox in various privacy configurations.

Hello,
I don't know the APIs of Firefox for developing extensions. Would everything be available to build such an extension?
