Steps to reproduce:

As of 60.0, the download progress bar, as it advances, is the same color as the background, making it difficult to see the current progress.  Please consider using a different color for the progress bar.  Please see the attachment for an example of the problem

I have tested this report on Ubuntu 18.04 using latest Nightly and Firefox release build. When I`m in the download panel and my focus is on the downloaded file, the background and progress color are very similar making it not easy to keep track of the progress. 

The issue is even more visible in the provided picture from the reporter.
