Steps to reproduce:

I add 150 people to "CC" or "To" field and send a mail. Typical human error. 


Actual results:

the mail was sent to 150 people without any warning. Each recipient sees emails of all recipients. 


Expected results:

Due to GDPR (2016/679) the application should take care of users privacy. If there is more than 5 recipients the Thunderbird should propose to use BCC and show a short guide why and when the BCC should be used. After confirmantion the application should ask "Do you really want to send e-mail to 150 people without use of BCC?" and link to guide second time. The sending should be completed after clicking "Yes". After clicking "No" the application should return to mail edit window. 

Probably it is a security problem and it is harmful due to GDPR in EU.
