I installed Firefox a few days ago and al was fine now everything is rejected as not secure - even mozilla.org for help

Steps to reproduce:
Anything I try - security problem - server not configured properly - like mozilla.org
I have Firefox 60.0.1
Actual results:
can't get to anything
Expected results:
I should have got to mozilla help

What anti-virus software do you have running? It may be intercepting https connections and could be causing failures as you've described. If that's the case, you may be able to fix it by updating your av software. Alternatively, perhaps disabling and re-enabling the web scanning feature (or just leaving it disabled) would fix it. You can also try setting the preference "security.enterprise_roots.enabled" in about:config to true, which will attempt to import and trust the root certificate your av software is using to intercept your connections.
