1464997 - [meta] DatePicker and TimePicker layout issues

With a recent change in bug 1318046 to use platform's DatePicker more problems with this library and with TimePicker were brought to attention.

This will be a tracker bug to collect them all.

Important thing to note is that they all depend on Android's DatePicker and TimePicker which seem to be buggy. Similar problems can be observed on Chrome for Android and on our other browser - Focus.
