Right now we're ignoring coverage of generated files. We could instead map it to the original IDL/IPDL files.

For example, this is a IPDL file: https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/dom/ipc/PContent.ipdl And it maps to this: https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/obj-x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/ipc/ipdl/PContent.cpp
