web-platform-tests moved repository, and so the scopes granted for the wpt worker type are no longer correct. The new repository is https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt and I guess we need to edit the scopes at https://tools.taskcluster.net/auth/roles/project%3Awpt%3Agrants%2Fgithub-repos but I don't have the necessary permissions (and I'm not sure I'm doing it right anyway). The error message we are getting is https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/commit/8f805ef0b6a3ddb06c0266cc56557d05e36f3a3d#commitcomment-29157679
