You give information on how to create an image map at

I get to step 8, where it talks about the image Map section of the dialog. 

There isn't anything active on this build, so I can't select Edit.

I'm writing teaching materials for kids on Mozilla, and it's frustrating to 
find inaccurate materials on your site. (Yes I know you're busy. Perhaps this 
info is for an earlier build.)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.I did everything in the instructions at the URL listed above for the first 7 
steps.

Actual Results:  Nothing. I can't select "Edit".

Expected Results:  I thought that I'd be able to create an image map.

It is better to relate to the help-file content. The image map editor is
currently turned off (bug 82802)

Resolving as dup of bug 100617. See also meta bug 84303.
If you feel that webpage content at mozilla.org should be updated, please
address that to the one responsible for the page.
