User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0 Build ID: 20180516032328 Steps to reproduce: - Browse with FireFox to http://www.rigakureagents.com/escreentoolkit/escreen.html - Activate Flash Actual results: FireFox is for couple of minutes not responding. Get multiple errors like this within the Windows Application Log: ---------------------------------------- Faulting application name: plugin-container.exe, version: 60.0.0.6697, time stamp: 0x5aeb33dc Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 10.0.14393.2214, time stamp: 0x5ac2f612 Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x0000000000037960 Faulting process id: 0x17164 Faulting application start time: 0x01d3f8e935e9c526 Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugin-container.exe Faulting module path: C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll Report Id: 06d74318-42eb-465e-810d-0a7c67846bfc Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID: ---------------------------------------- Expected results: Flash should work and the plugin-container should not crash.
Please note: It's a Windows Server 2016 Remote Desktop with Citrix XenDesktop 7.15 CU2 and activated GPU. On Servers without GPU it does not crash.
I cannot tested it because I don't have the mentioned environment. I would be glad if you can give me the ID crash after typing about:crashes in URL bar.

I found that it is still due to this: https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX224067 As soon as i disable the Citrix API hooks it works again. So it is still valid even when i run the latest LTS Version from XenDesktop. I disabled the fix and let it crash again. But FireFox shows "No crash reports have been submitted." when i type this url. I try to upload the crash dump that microsoft generates.

I can't upload a file. I get always these message after i try to upload the file: Secure Connection Failed
You need to get the ID Crash from the Firefox browser url(Comment2), not from microsoft. Could you please create a video screen capture when you can and if you have time? To have more details about this issue.

I now. But after the crash Firefox is telling me that "No crash reports have been submitted." as mention in comment 3.
