Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.13; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0 Build ID: 20180516032328 Steps to reproduce: In an existing tab, change the current page URL and hit "⌘ + Enter" Actual results: The new URL is loaded in the current tab Expected results: The new URL should have been open in a new tab and the existing tab should have stayed as is.
The desired behavior is actually working if you use "⌥ + Enter" but this is not consistent. The command key is already used to open links in a new tab in various other cases: any navigation button in the navigation bar (previous, next, reload, home), clicking a link inside a page and probably others I don’t know. Also it differs from Chrome implementation, which doesn’t help Chrome users moving to Firefox (like I recently did).
