Steps to reproduce:
In an existing tab, change the current page URL and hit "⌘ + Enter"
Actual results:
The new URL is loaded in the current tab
Expected results:
The new URL should have been open in a new tab and the existing tab should have stayed as is.

The desired behavior is actually working if you use "⌥ + Enter" but this is not consistent. The command key is already used to open links in a new tab in various other cases: any navigation button in the navigation bar (previous, next, reload, home), clicking a link inside a page and probably others I don’t know.
Also it differs from Chrome implementation, which doesn’t help Chrome users moving to Firefox (like I recently did).
