I'm not sure.
My initial guess was this was because of something in slack, because I had 2 pinned tabs to Slack and crashed as soon as the browser rebooted.
The problem is I haven't have any crash anymore since I got this succession of crashes a few days ago... and I still use Slack.

There's only a few of these crashes in 62 nightly and none in the last week.   Dropping the tracking flag here unless crash volume increases in 62 beta or 63.
