I couldn't reproduce this by running the same set of files; maybe I need to reproduce on the same base revision- some other day.

I see more bleedthough in testing at scale- so I assume there are more cases than leaks outside of a test case. In general we are going to turn TV off for ASAN as it is noisier and less actionable. Once we have tier-1 status for everything else, I am happy to entertain ASAN again.
