We should remove the content hosted at https://fhr.cdn.mozilla.net/en-US/v4/ It was used by the about:healthreport page, which was removed in Firefox 59 (see bug 1352497). Per email conversation with :pdol and others, the soonest we can stop providing this content is the first ESR60 release which doesn't have a parallel ESR52 release, on 2018-08-21 [1]. It appears that this may now be scheduled for 2018-09-05. [1] https://wiki.mozilla.org/Release_Management/Calendar
I'm looking into getting the remaining FHR components moved to the Bugzilla graveyard. This is the only bug in this component that still needs attention. Data operations seems like a good place for it to live.

We are okay to proceed here since ESR60.2 released a long time ago. :limed since this belongs to IT related AWS accounts can you help with cleanup?

I've deleted the DNS record and CDN, will leave the bucket available for a bit before actually deleting it
