Steps to reproduce:

Attempted multiple sites such as:
www.google.com
http://wet-boew.github.io/v4.0-ci/demos/formvalid/formvalid-en.html


Actual results:

VoiceOver is prevented from reading the actual pages content (tabbing doesn't work).


Expected results:

VoiceOver should follow my tabs into the web page.
I tested this issue on Mac OS X 10.12 with FF 60 release, FF Nightly 62.0a1(2018-06-06) and I can reproduce it. The VoiceOver doesn't follow the tab into the web page.

Confirmed today, my STR:

  1. Launch voiceover
  2. Load google.com in firefox and search for hello
  3. Hit tab on keyboard

Expected:
Voiceover cursor follows keyboard cursor

Actual:
Voiceover cursor stays focused on tab bar
