Right now 1) All stage alerts go to email 2) Prod low-severity alerts go to email 3) Prod high-severity alerts to to pagerduty We want to route everything through pagerduty in such a way that the status page can be updated for high-severity alerts from stage and prod but only high-severity alerts in prod will page us. We want to provide a way for devs and other interested parties to opt in and out of alerts based on the environment.

I'm not mucking with the changes needed for statuspage yet, but now we have 1) All stage alerts go to socorro-ops-stage email 2) All prod alerts go to socorro-ops email 3) Prod high-severity alerts also go to pagerduty You can join the new socorro-ops-stage group at https://groups.google.com/a/mozilla.com/forum/#!forum/socorro-ops-stage
I did statuspage work a while back, so this is done!
