ImageBlockingPolicy.js is a simple content policy, implementing it in c++ should be easy and would make the implementation quite a bit faster.

Hi, I'd like to take this up and work on it.
mobile/android/components/ImageBlockingPolicy.js
Is that the path to the file to be translated?

I do not suggest to pick this up. We will not land large refactorings or changes in Fennec at this point. If you are interested in making a contribution to one of our mobile products, take a peek at Firefox Preview (Fenix) at https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix
