In Search Messages, it is impossible to look for news articles with subject NOT CONTAINING a string while this filter is available for mail msgs. I would like to have this filter in news too. DogFood example : I wanted to look for all posts in npm.reviewers NOT containing "super" nor "sr"...

No longer reproducible for me with 140.2.0esr. Please re-open if this is still an issue.
