We have a bunch of runbooks at https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/TAS/How-to+articles Let's write some more.
CIDuty is interested in taking over more day-to-day Taskcluster operations, including Service Requests. As we write useful runbooks, we should add those links to the CIDuty HowTo wiki: https://wiki.mozilla.org/CIDuty/How_To cc-ing Pete in case there are any generic-worker and /or Windows debugging runbooks we can add for CIDuty.
Is it OK if those links are to Mana?
OK, I wrote one for assigning scopes to project admins, and another for manipulating Gecko repos (basically how to manipulate mozilla-taskcluster).
