In Mozilla one is forced to have a set of folders for each mail account. Other
programs, most notably OutlookExpress (aka wormmachine;) are much more flexible
here. It would be great if one could have just one set of folders and just use
filters to put the mail into the right folder. Also.. I think that incoming and
outgoing mailfolders should be configured together.. usually you have one
outgoing mailserver for each pop account.. the two really belong together.
So.. putting pop and smpt settings together and allowing mails for different
accounts to be put into the local folder set of folders without creating another
set would make using multiple accounts much more userfriendly

Marking this bug a duplicate of bug# 126341 for the "Universal Inbox" feature.
The second issue regarding the SMTP Server, it appears to be similar to
bug# 71008.
