In German addresses, special characters like "ä" (like in my example,
"Bänschstr.") or "ß" (like in "Straße" = "street") are quite common.

Mozilla escapes those special characters, but for example "ä" is escaped to
%C3%A4 instead of %E4, so MapQuest can't find it.

Oh, I just tried MapQuest directly with a form submit of that address, and the
result is exactly the same. Maybe MapQuest is just unable to handle common
German or French special characters. I still leave this as a Mozilla bug,
because Mozilla uses MapQuest's URL syntax.

Version: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:1.0rc3) Gecko/2002052306

Reproducible: every time

Steps to reproduce:
1. Type a street or city address with ä, ö, ü, ß, é, è, etc. in it.
2. Click on "GetMap".

Actual result: MapQuest won't find it.
Expected result: MapQuest should find it.
MapQuest finds the street if you just replace "ä" with "ae" or "a", "ß" with
"ss" etc. But I won't use improper spelling in my address book just to please
MapQuest or Mozilla...
