I'm not sure if these tests need to be updated, or if there is a real problem, but I do not get a "Help and Support Center" option when I click on the top level "Help" on either OpenVMS 20020513 or Linux 2002051009. If I click "Help Contents" I do get to a pop-up screen that has an "index" tab in the left window, but when I click on "T" I do not get "Troubleshooting" listed, as stated in: http://mozilla.org/quality/browser/front-end/testcases/Help/TSSignon.html Also, the links for the following tests are bad: NSindex (page not found) TS/IM (not a link at all!)
I'll add this to my list and see what I can do about it. Shouldn't be too hard to fix/update the testcases. I'll get Ian to review once I finish.

I'd like to get to this before 1.4 starts its stuff.
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
Summary: Issues with Front-End Tests for "Help" → Update Help testcases
Target Milestone: --- → mozilla1.4alpha
When I open "Help Contents" in Moz 1.4 on OSX, the Index tab has no content at all under letters L through Z. Therefore, I can't get past step 4 in the testcase.
Target Milestone: mozilla1.4alpha → ---
Help testcases? let's kill the help testcases. Why do we need help testcases? We might want some QA documentation but nothing in the tree.
Times have changed. I think this bug has evaporated.
