Please note that overscroll edge effect is a normal behavior. This occurs also when scrolling in any Android OS menu when hitting the top or end of any menu.

Maybe you're seeing bug 1425776? Some phones calculate scroll physics in such a way that the overscroll effect gets shown even when you wouldn't expect it to.

@Todor There is no way to fix this from your end. As mentioned in Comment 2 the over-scroll effect is normal and if you are referring to the scenario from Comment 4 there is already bug 1425776 for that and it will be treated there.

Taking the above mentioned comments and discussions into consideration I am closing this issue as invalid.
