Details

From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.9) Gecko/20020310
BuildID: 2002052309

When I have several sites open (tabbed) and want to bookmark them as a group.
Everything works fine if I do it in the Bookmarks or directly on the Personal
toolbar. But if I want to do it inside a folder on the Personal toolbar it show
up as a subfolder containing the bookmarks when accessing it from the Personal
toolbar.

If I on the other hand access them from Bookmarks/Personal Toolbar/some_folder/
  it works like a group.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open several sites in tabs
2.bookmark them as a group inside a folder on your Personal toolbar
3.try accessing them from the personal toolbar.

Actual Results: I get a subfolder containing the bookmarks inside the folder on
my Personal Toolbar.

Expected Results: show it as a group not caring that it is in a subfolder.
I can confirm the bug on LinuX Mozilla 1.0 rc3 2002052309
