Go to https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/autoland/rev/192713c16fc1 - the bottom of the commit message has the URL of the differential revision, but the URL is not clickable. It would be nice if it were clickable.

This commit makes Phabricator URLs added to commit messages by Lando clickable on hg.mozilla.org. Specifically we search for "Differential Revision: <url>" at the end of the commit message and wrap <url> in an <a href> tag.
