On this page any drop down box scroll down, if i click on it to open, show with
the mouse on the last element in the list and then move the mouse cursor down
out of the list. After this moving the mouse cursor again in the list scrolls
the list down again.
Don't know, maybe this is a feature.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a dropdown box, where you can scroll elements
2. go with the mouse cursor on the last element of the list you see, don't
scroll down.
3. move the mouse cursor downward away from the list
4. move the mouse cursor upward into the list

Actual Results:  list is scrolling down

Expected Results:  no scrolling
