Details

[Affected versions]:
- Nightly 62.0a1

[Affected platforms]:
- macOS 10.13.5
- Ubuntu 18.04

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Open Firefox
2. Open Hamburger menu and click Tracking protection
3. Click Back button multiple times

[Expected result]:
- User is sent back to about:preferences#privacy and then to about:newtab

[Actual result]:
- Fx is sent into a loop, the tour keeps animating on and on

[Regression range]:
- Not a regression since its also reproducible on the build where this was introduced, Nightly 2018-06-01

[Additional notes]:
- Here is a screencast showing the issue: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1YlTelyntMwjI4PhdvFZEpaNaCav-S35T (the screencast was made on ubuntu, .mp4 file and it would not work if I would have added it to bugzilla directly).
- Accessing the section from: about:preferences#privacy-trackingprotection and pressing the back button has the same effect.
Hm, I thought we had a bug on this already somewhere. It's definitely a bug in the spotlight feature and not specific to the hamburger menu link.
