[Affected platforms]:
Windows 10 64bit.
macOS 10.13.
Ubuntu 16.04 64bit.

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Enable Tracking Protection.
3. Access the http://www.bbc.com/ website.
4. Skip the Tracking Protection tutorial until it reaches page 3 of 3.
5. Click the "Show connection details" button.

[Expected result]:
- The Tracking Protection tutorial is not dismissed.
- The "Show site information" panel can be dismissed.

[Actual result]:
- A small glitch can be observed and after that,the Tracking Protection tutorial gets dismissed. 
- "Show site information" panel is not dismissible.

[Regression range]:
This seems to be a regression:
