It seems to be sporadic, I can't tie it to anything, but from time to time my
bookmarks drop down list will only list the options:
Add to Bookmarks/File Bookmark/Manage Bookmarks, if I click on manage, all my
bookmarks are there, but they don't show up in the list.  I originally thought
it was related to opening IE and then returning to Mozilla, but then they came
back and disappeared again.  Opening another tab does not help; if I open a new
instance of Mozilla, they are present in the menu in that instance, but not the
current one.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  Bookmarks do not appear in menu listing

Expected Results:  Bookmarks should always appear in menu listing unless there
is an option to turn it off

Like I said, just seems random, if I can pinpoint a cause I will update.

I figured out what causes it.  If you click the bookmarks menu item before
mozilla has completed loading, then they will not appear in the menu list.  If
you wait until it has completed loading, they will appear in the menu list.  I
am able to replicate this.

Note: Quicklaunch is disabled (I thought this might be relevant)

Took me a few times clicking, but I can confirm this behaviour.
If you click on the bookmark menu before Mozilla has completed loading, no items
underneath the divider beneath manage bookmarks will show.
