Attached video output.mp4
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0
Build ID: 20180607190419

Steps to reproduce:

  * I am on Ubuntu 18.04
  * I use ffmpeg to capture my desktop:
         ffmpeg -video_size 800x480 -framerate 15 -f x11grab -i :0.0+560,50 -preset ultrafast output.mp4
  * I stop the capture
  * I ask Firefox to read the file

Actual results:

Firefox cannot read the file, it says the file is corrupt.

Expected results:

Firefox reads the video file, as fine as Chromium or VLC. I tested on three different computers with Ubuntu 18.04 and Firefox 60.
