In bug 1420561, a new DevTools product was created. This product needs to have access to the same tracking flags as Firefox, such as relnote-firefox, status-firefox*, tracking-firefox*.
This seems fairly high priority to me because the current state means existing status flags are lost any time a bug is touched.
