Hi Cris, Thank you for your contribution to our community. I was able to reproduce this bug on latest Nightly. After switching back and forth between 2 Gmail accounts Firefox was not responding for several minutes. User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.13; rv:62.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/62.0 Build ID: 20180619102337

Hi Danita, That’s awesome but I meant between two macOS user accounts (as in create two admins on the machine) and then switch between them. Was it a typo or was it two gmail accounts you tried?
Hi Damira, That’s awesome but I meant between two macOS user accounts (as in create two admins on the machine) and then switch between them. Was it a typo or was it two gmail accounts you t ried?

Hi Cris, I tried to reproduce this couple times but each time I was not able to reproduce it. User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.13; rv:62.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/62.0 Build ID: 20180622100109 I would suggest you update your Firefox or install latest Nightly and try it with a clean profile. Thank you.

I've seen something that is similar, or may be the same as this a couple of times recently, though I can't reproduce it enough to figure out what's happening. Approximate steps to repeat: 1) Have Firefox running in account "a" and use it as normal for a while (I'm using nightly generally). 2) Switch to the log-in screen and log in as account "b". 3) Do some stuff in user account "b" (e.g. I'm using Firefox Release & Thunderbird for various things). 4) Switch back to account "a" -> Firefox's UI is frozen - clicking on the UI doesn't change anything. However if I focus another application & then back to Firefox it updates the UI, but it is a snapshot, and it is frozen again. I haven't tried waiting several minutes. Restarting does fix it though. I'm running Firefox on an external monitor. Mid 2015 MacBook Pro running 10.13.5.
Perhaps our Mac hackers have a thought?
