Details

http://www.surrey.ac.uk/eng/ces/nav-ces.htm
includes the image
http://www.surrey.ac.uk/eng/images/MUBLTQ24.GIF
- a rather odd-looking Earth photo, where there's apparently a star within the
Earth's disk, which attracted my attention.

Doing right-click-menu-first-option 'View image' gets me:
The image “http://www.surrey.ac.uk/eng/images/MUBLTQ24.GIF” cannot be displayed,
because it contains errors.

Which is fine, except that mozilla RC1 had already displayed it in the page.
Mozilla 0.96 exhibits the same behaviour. Either this image is broken, or it
isn't. Either it can be displayed, or it can't be displayed at all.

If this is some save-the-world-from-broken-gifs-while-being-backwards-compatible
thing, I don't think I should be able to save said image to disk either.
