When you have a URL in an ICQ message (either sent or received), clicking on it
does not open the URL in a browser like it did in the past (I previously used
0.9.8). Even right-clicking the URL and choosing either "Open in Current browser
window" or "Open In New Browser window" does absolutely nothing. I tried this on
another computer with Mozilla RC3 using Trillian and got the same result.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type a url in an ICQ or Trillian message window.
2. Try to click on it.

Actual Results:  Absolutely nothing.

Expected Results:  A new browser window should open with the specified URL.

Have you set Mozilla as default handler in 
edit\preferences\advanced\Systen ?

This worked for me for a while, but ICQ 2002a locks up when trying to open an
URL in Mozilla trunk build 2002070504.

And now it works again... maybe it was my old profile or Orbit 3+1 1.0 0.0.4.2
theme. <using 0.0.5 now with a new profile>

I just recieved an url (http://www.tom-cat.com/) in normal chat, clicked on it,
got a VC++ runtime error in ICQ 2002a, page loaded in Mozilla, and ICQ "caused a
fault in KERNEL32.DLL" and had to be shut down..

Mozilla trunk 2002081808 on Windows ME with ICQPlus 3.4 and ICQ2002a.
Pinball theme at 1024x768 + 5 open browser windows, Winamp 2.80 (not playing),
an Explorer window (file), and 3 open chatmode sessions in ICQ.

More specifically, the Visual C++ runtime error was in icq.exe, the kernel32.dll
errors kept coming when I clicked OK, I'm also running The Proxomitron 4.3
(though I think ICQ freezing from talking to Mozilla happened before I installed
that), I could close all Mozilla windows exept for the Bookmarks window, and
Windows locked up after killing a few unnamed processes attempting to reboot.
(And Moz lost its history, but that's another bug.)

My friend using ICQ2001b just crashed it on IE5.5, ICQ bug.
