When I want to file a bookmark, the default window that shows up is too small.
Is this intentional? On older version it wasn't like this.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Press Bookmarks
2.Press "File Bookmark"

Actual Results:  Got a small default window of fileing a bookmark

Expected Results:  Bigger window
