1470000 - Form doesn't submit on some browsers when clicking the Land Button

Most browsers default to the 'submit' action, but, some browsers like on iPad don't (as reported by :jya). In these cases, the user clicks the Land button, the button says Landing Queueing, but, nothing actually happens leading us and the user to believe Lando is failing.

We should explicitly define the action of the land button.
