Details
A while back, we spun off "Tecken" as a separate project. To make it easier to keep track of Tecken-specific things, I'd like to create a "Tecken" component in the "Socorro" product.

This is a little odd, since Tecken is mostly tracking work in GitHub issues, but we need a place in bugzilla to track:
1) Issues with Tecken that require coordination with Firefox work. bug 1470092 was the primary motivator here, it needs to be fixed in Tecken but it also blocks landing bug 1309172.
2) Issues with Tecken that are in the gray area at the edge of its scope--where things overlap with Breakpad work or whatnot. It's more useful for us to have those in Bugzilla.
Would this be better described as a "Tecken Integration" component with the description:
"Issues with Tecken that require coordination with Firefox and Breakpad [link]. All other Tecken bugs should be filed in [link to Tecken project on GitHub]."
