To note that this happens on Firefox Android only and it seems related a rendering issue after scrolling. Even accentuated on fast scrolling.
This seems to be caused by the same cause of bug 1469731. And smells a bug in graphics backend for Android.

I can see this on my old Android phone (android 4.4.). I highly suspect this is an APZ issue. I guess the map image on the site is pretty heavy?

Does the blurry rendering persist, or does it go away after a couple of seconds? When I tried it, it went away after a couple of seconds, so that seems like it's just slow rendering. If it persists then it's a more severe problem because it means we aren't requesting the correct displayport.
