Spin off of https://webcompat.com/issues/17359 1. Navigate to https://es.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anexo:Pa%C3%ADses_por_%C3%ADndice_de_desarrollo_humano 2. Scroll down the page. 3. Observe the page layout. **Expected Behavior:** The page is fully visible. **Actual Behavior:** Some section of the page is blurred. **Note:** 1. Also reproducible when scrolling up the page. 2. Reproducible on Firefox 60.0.2 Release. 3. Not reproducible on Chrome 67.0.3396.87. 4. Even accentuated on fast scrolling.
This seems to be caused by the same cause of bug 1469731. And smells a bug in graphics backend for Android.

I can see this on my old Android phone (android 4.4.). I highly suspect this is an APZ issue. I guess the map image on the site is pretty heavy?

Does the blurry rendering persist, or does it go away after a couple of seconds? When I tried it, it went away after a couple of seconds, so that seems like it's just slow rendering. If it persists then it's a more severe problem because it means we aren't requesting the correct displayport.

I can confirm this, I was no able to reproduce the issue anymore, the page is fully visible now.

Also https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1469731, https://github.com/webcompat/web-bugs/issues/18649, and https://github.com/webcompat/web-bugs/issues/18676 are no longer reproducible either.
