WebExtension errors make up the vast majority of errors we're collecting. To help deal with the ratelimiting issues from bug 1464138, we should, at least temporarily, disable collection of them to reduce the number of errors being sent. On a technical level, we should update the client to not send error reports for errors whose module path starts with `moz-extension://`.
