firefox-dev is a big list. It is almost certainly not a desirable entry in an alert_emails field, since that field should be populated by individuals or small team lists.

(( This is so that alerts and people seeking information about a probe can reach -people- who know about it. firefox-dev helps neither of those cases ))

The following probes need a different email address for their alert_emails fields:
