Details

The bottom of the Customize Panel is cut off on my windows machine, therefore
you can not get to the Save and Cancel buttons.

To reproduce, simply open the sidebar and click on the customize button.

This is on 9/22 builds, windows 95. I haven't checked Linux/Mac yet.

Same problem on Linux. I am not sure what is pushing it off the bottom. I would
guess the tree is causing the problem.
The html:select is causing the screw up.
OS: Windows 95 → All
Hardware: PC → All
Setting platform to all, shows up on Mac also.

This bug also show up on the Mac, bug 13961.
I changed the dialog layout. Buttons are visible now.
