Mozilla can't show the content of this site, http://vnexpress.net/. I've tested
it with RC1 to RC3, also 0.97. I can't confirm but earlier Netscape 4.x couldn't
show this page too.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. http://vnexpress.net/

Actual Results:  Blank content, only the title is read.

Expected Results:  Full-blown page, you can show it under OPERA or INTERNET
EXPLORER.

I get a popup and after i selected the encoding i get the main page.

as soon as I unblock popup, and after selecting encoding, the page is rendered

If anything, this is an evangelism issue where the popup only comes up for
Mozilla, not IE. 

Otherwise, in Mozilla, popup is working correctly. Popup is driven from
top-level javascript. If unblocked, the popup displays, the user clicks 'close'
and then the main page renders. If blocked, no popup displays (as expected) and
the user is unable to get to the main page.
