As we know the win32 build jobs on Travis are currently busted, and require a manual intervention to build and upload the necessary binary. To fix that I updated the docker image which is in use for those builds from the unsupported Ubuntu 15.10 release to 16.04 LTS. As the following PR shows it all works now: https://github.com/mozilla/geckodriver/pull/1311 I will upload a patch shortly.
