In IM Account Wizzard, when creating a IRC account in Advanced Options there are two collapsible groupboxes. When I collapse or uncollapse them, the twisty doesn't update to the other state. It seems, where is a update paint or such missing.

As far as I can tell there are no longer any collapsible groupboxes in the UI. So I think this is just not valid anymore.
