Details

Currently, "word-break: break-all" in Gecko basically serves as "line-break: anywhere", and doesn't respect prohibition rules, which is different than what it intends to behave, and we should fix it.

However, we want to continue providing the ability to break everywhere like what we have today, so we need to have line-break support before changing behavior here.
