147260 - Clicking on a IE favorite does not launch that favorite

When I click on a Imported IE favorite, wheter in In the Bookmarks drop-down
menu of personal toolbar, Bookmarks menu in main menu bar or with the sidebar, I
don't get to the site. Instead, I get the contents of the .url file whis has a
Windows INI file structure.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Access to a bookmarks menu (personnal toolbar or main menu);
2.Click on a IE favorite;
3.See the result

Actual Results:  The .url file contents is dumped as text-only in the browser
window. This file has a INI structure and with can copy the URL to location bar.
Time consuming.

Expected Results:  Mozilla should lauch automatically go to the URL contained
the .url file (URL key of InternetShortcut section). 

I also experienced this bug with Mozilla 1.0 RC2.
