When navigagting the dropdown bookmarks menu with the keyboard,
the 
accelerator keys F,B,M, launch the command they are the first
letter of. 

What they should 
do is  alternate between the command and any
Folders starting with the same letter as happens 
with any other
two folders that have  the  same first  letter.

The work around of course is to 
use the arrow keys.
