1. Load https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-inbound&revision=f53f375f3ecec0dbb331574d4aa6f059d52f6ed2&filter-resultStatus=testfailed&filter-resultStatus=busted&filter-resultStatus=exception&filter-resultStatus=pending&filter-resultStatus=running&filter-classifiedState=unclassified (the standard sheriff view of unstarred+in-progress, with none of either still existing, and one push as a proxy for where I noticed, when I had two pushes with nothing showing, and since the second was finished, I wanted to set my "bottom of range" to the top one of the two)

2. Click the "Action menu", the downarrow on the far right at the top of the push

Expected:
Be able to see and use all the menu items

Actual:
The menu is cut off even with the bottom of the "get next: 10 20 50" bar, with no way to even scroll to see the lower menuitems.
